Development Manager

Crossroads Campus was founded in 2010 and is an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Nashville, Tennessee. We use the healing power of the human-animal bond to improve the lives of people and pets in our community. Our programs are focused on helping young people who face poverty and homelessness as they work to overcome the impacts of inequity, time in foster care, or other traumas, and on helping homeless dogs and cats who have ended up at our city shelter. We bring these two groups together through programs that provide job training, employment, and affordable housing for young adults and loving care and adoptions for homeless animals. Through caring for our adoptable pets, our program participants gain work experience, confidence, and empathy. Those human-animal interactions create mutually nurturing relationships that foster hope, change behavior, and teach skills.
